Before you send your resume...

ask yourself these two simple questions:
- If you only needed your picture to get a job - would you:
a) take the picture yourself
b) go to a reputable photo studio?
- If you were not invited for an interview, which one out of the following 2 reasons would you feel more comfortable with?
a) A less qualified candidate was invited because her resume impressed the hiring manager more than yours.
b) Your resume was flawless, but the other individual was better qualified for the job.
